After School Drama

Together we re-imagine literature and experience our favorite stories on stage. Students act as collaborators, playing an active role in the creative process. Our performance is enhanced by sets, props, costumes and all the theatre magic we can create.

 Peter Pan: This classic, adapted from the JM Barrie novel, entices us to a world of scalawag pirates, tick-tocking alligators, pixies and adventure beyond belief. Join the boy who never wants to grow up as he takes on the infamous Captain Hook, aka “Codfish.” His merry band of Lost Boys as well as Wendy, John & Michael Darling round out the cast of unforgettable characters. With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you too can fly with us! Grades: 1-8, Time: 12:45 – 2:15pm, Dates: Fridays, February 16 – May 4* (no class April 6)

 * extended rehearsal to 5pm.  Tech Rehearsal:  Saturday, May 5 at 12pm – 3pm, Performances: Saturday, May 5 at 3pm & 7pm
